WINE
The course of oenology consists of 10 courses based upon the variety of grapes used in wine making.
The first 2 courses will treat production and assembly. Then we shall discuss the different grapes: sauvignon, chardonnay, chenin, viognier, merlot, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, followed by a wine tasting. Each course is split in 3 parts: theory, wine tasting and combining food and wine.
The different course dates will be determined according to the registrations and the availability of each participant.
